Pirmą kartą moliūgo sriubos paragavau pas draugę, ji tada šią sriubą irgi su jautiena buvo išvirus. Mane labai sužavėjo jos moliūgo sriubos skonis. Tad ir pati pradėjau tokią virti.

For the first time I've tried pumpkin soup when I was visiting my friend, she also made it with beef. I was impressed by the taste of this soup. And the recipe is so easy.

Crepes... I expect them to be thin, with crunchy edges, not too greasy... And definitely with some taste - without the filling they also have to be eatable. This is not a desert, so they must be nutritious and flour-water-oil version is not an option. I will share my favorite crepe recipe, which I make many years already and don't search for any other. Also, I will share one filling, which I found just couple of days ago and loved it (it's tomatoes actually).

Lietiniai... Jie man turi būti ploni, traškiais kraštais ir ne per daug riebūs... Ir jokiu būdu ne beskoniai – kad ir be įdaro būtų valgomi. Tai – ne desertas, tad jie taip pat turi būti bent kažkiek maistingi, todėl variantas "miltai-vanduo-aliejus" čia netinka. Pasidalinsiu savo pamėgtu lietinių variantu, kurį kepu jau daug metų ir neieškau kito, bei neseniai atrastu įdaru, kuris man irgi labai patiko (pomidorais).

Vis norėjau išbandyti stambiai tarkuotų bulvių blynelius ir štai... :)

Skonis man labiau priminė keptas bulves, kai jos būna smulkiai pjaustytos ir gerai paskrudintos. Nebūtina kepti iki rudumo kaip nuotraukoj, tiesiog mes mėgstam, kai būna labiau paskrudę.

I always wanted to try pancakes from coarsely grated potatoes and here it is... :)

The taste reminded more of  the baked potatoes, when they are cut finely and roasted well.
