Green peas soup with milk "borsó leves"

A delicate vegetable soup with milk. Easy to make.
You will need:
  • a little bit of sunflower oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
  • 4-5 medium carrots
  • 750 grams of peas
  • 0,5 liter of milk
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
For the noodles:
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • water
Preparation:
  1. Fry the onions with oil in a pot, add sweet paprika powder. Avoid burning the paprika powder. Add cut carrots, peas, pour water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix your noodle ingredients.
  3. When the soup is almost finished, pour the milk in. Keep an eye on the soup - the milk can run out.
  4. Once the milk has boiled, make the noodles. Instruction here.
  5. The pasta cooks very quickly. It will rise up to the surface when it's ready.
  6. Sprinkle the parsley and serve.
