Apple pie with condensed milk

Lietuviška versija čia.
Usually I make very simple apple pie from few ingredients and its taste is amazing. I'll post the recipe later. That one just melts in your mouth. But this time I wanted to try something else. So, this one is also very easy to make, also very delicious and worth testing.
You will need:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 160 grams of flour (or 1 cup)
  • 15 grams of vanilla sugar
  • a dash of salt
  • 700 grams of apples (peeled, cleaned from seeds)
  • 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon (to taste)
  • sugar powder (for the top)
  • butter (for the baking tray)
Preparation:
  1. Cut the apples in slices, add cinnamon to taste and mix well.
  2. Beat the eggs up with condensed milk and vanilla sugar.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder, add to the egg mass, add some salt. Whisk together.
  4. Spread the butter on a baking tray. First put the apples in, then pour the dough over them.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 35-45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over the cake, when it's cooled down.
Enjoy!
