Pasta with fish

That's my mothers recipe - one of my favorite fish recipes and ways of preparing pasta.

Ingredients:
  • 1 small zucchini
  • a dash of oil or some butter
  • 0,5 kilogram of white fish (pangasius will do)
  • half of red pepper
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • fish spices (a mix of salt, garlic, onion, dill, parsley etc.)
  • salt
  • fresh dill
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sour-cream
  • 250 grams uncooked pasta
  • grated enzyme cheese (just a simple yellow cheese, semi-hard)
Preparation:
  1. Cook the pasta in the salted water.
  2. Dice zucchini and bake in a pan with oil or butter.
  3. Add diced fish, pepper and tomatoes (pealed). Bake until peppers become soft.
  4. Add fish spices and salt to taste. Pour the sour-cream in, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
  5. Serve sprinkled with cheese and fresh dill.
