Oven baked noodles with cottage cheese and bacon

One more delicious recipe from Hungary - in the oven baked noodles with cottage cheese and bacon. It is made the same way like its sweet version - noodles with curd. Both are very easy to make. This time - the salty version...
You will need:
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 200 grams of sour-cream
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 250 grams of pasta
  • salt (optional)
Preparation:
Cut the bacon and fry on the pan. Boil pasta in the salted water. Cooked pasta mix with the fat from bacon. Mix cottage cheese together with sour cream and season it with salt (If you use salted cottage cheese - additional salt is not recommended). Mix the pasta with cottage cheese mass and bacon. Place it in a baking tray. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
